His professional career began in the sector of agricultural services, in the region of Murcia, for the family firm.
During this time, José Luis Pérez Ros established strategic working relationships with several fertilizer producers and was the sales link for leading multinationals such as Explosivos Río Tinto and others in Latin America (Brazil and Argentina) for eight years.
On returning to Spain, Pérez Ros restructured the family firm towards agricultural services and greenhouse farming, a pioneering step in Murcia. At this point he began to get involved in local real estate projects.
Since the mid nineties, Pérez Ros has been developing real estate projects and investing in land in Murcia for the promotion and development of residential resorts with golf courses, every project being taken on with the express intention of being under permanent management by the group.
Responsable for the design and implementation of the firm's comercial strategy, as well as the creation of comercial networks in Spain and abroad.
Pérez Carrión has formerly worked as a business expansion consultant for companies in the UK, advising on the setting up of comercial networks for Spanish companies in the UK and British companies in Spain.
Between 2000 and 2002 José Luis Pérez Carrión, at the outset of his career, was an auditor-consultant with Arthur Andersen. He later was in charge of the international expansion of other Spanish real estate projects, opening up their division in London.
An architect specialising in construction and trained at Valencia Technical University.
Joined the Calidona group at the start of 2005. Santiago Pastor previously worked in engineering and architectural consulting at the IDOM Valencia office and in hotel construction and promotion as Project Manager for AC-Hotels, where he oversaw the construction work of their hotels in Alcoy and Alicante. In a freelance capacity he also undertook projects and building works (new constructions and renovations) for both private and public-sector clients.
Within the Calidona group, he has held various technical and management positions. At the end of 2006 he became Director of Construction and since mid-2007 he has held the post of Technical General Deputy Manager, adding Housing Developments and Golf projects to his previous responsibilities.
Trained in agricultural science with specialisation in agricultural finance from Miguel Hernández University, with qualifications in technical agricultural science from Valencia Technical University and an MBA from the Murcia Business University Foundation's Business School.
He developed his professional career as Technical Director in companies associated with the agro-food sector before joining the Calidona Group. He currently holds the position of manager of Calidona Green, a company dedicated to providing construction, maintenance and gardening services to the various projects of the Calidona Group.
