Roda Golf & Beach Resort (www.rodagolf.com). This project began in 2003 in San Javier, Murcia and was our very first venture. It remains a high-level project, not only in terms of sales volume but also in the recognition and prestige that it has received.

Roda Golf Course (www.rodagolfcourse.com). The centre piece of the resort, Roda Golf Course has been designed for the unadulterated pleasure of golf lovers. This 6177 metre, par 72, 18-hole course offers generously sized, undulating greens, strategically placed bunkers and three large landscaped lakes that come into play in many of the holes

The hotel chain DeVere, specialists in creating golf-centred hotels, will manage the five-star luxury hotel, their very first outside the United Kingdom. DeVere will also manage the golf course and the Beach Club. It is an excellent guarantee of success, thanks to their extensive experience in the management of hotel and golf facilities combined with the organisation of competitions and events.

To complete the picture, there is a shopping centre offering a broad selection of leisure products and services: shops, restaurants, leisure areas, children's play parks and sports areas offering multi-sports, tennis and paddle tennis.

Roda Golf & Beach Resort also offers their customers and owners an exclusive Beach Club, located on the north side of La Manga del Mar Menor. This private, sheltered reserve facing the sea, offers swimming, diving and sailing as well as a wide variety of eating and leisure options, including a solarium and swimming pool

Corvera Golf & Country Club (www.corveragolf.com). Our second project in Corvera, Murcia, came to fruition in May 2005, quickly becoming a reference point for quality within the sector.

The complex is built on a 2,000,000 m2 plot at the foot of the Sierra de Carrascoy, less than 20 minutes from the Costa Calida, one of the most tranquil, biologically rich maritime zones on the Spanish coast. In addition, Corvera Golf & Country Club is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the city of Murcia and 5 minutes from the planned Corvera international airport.

This exclusive complex offers individual villas of varying sizes and 3- or 4-storey apartment blocks all situated on the edge of the golf course. Every aspect of the project has been developed with sustainability in mind, following our aesthetic strategy of seamless integration into the surrounding countryside.

The Corvera Golf & Country Club golf course boasts 18 holes spread over 70 hectares. Designed by golfing legend José Maria Olazábal and his company IGD, Integral Golf Design, there are already plans underway for this impressive course to host international competitions.
